This Platform Agreement is a legal agreement between Company and CElegans Labs, Inc. (doing business as AtoB) and governs your use of the Services. In this Platform Agreement, “Company” or “you” means the company that is applying for or has opened an AtoB Account to use the Services, and “AtoB” or “we” means CElegans Labs, Inc. and its affiliates, successors and assigns. References to “Platform Agreement” include this agreement and any terms, agreements, and policies referenced in this agreement, including the Privacy Policy, the Stripe Privacy Policy, the Issuer Privacy Policy, the Cardholder Agreement, and any applicable Additional Terms. Definitions for other capitalized terms (like “AtoB Account” and “Services”) are included below in Section 4.
