Intellectual Property means all industrial and intellectual property rights anywhere in the world, whether registered or unregistered, including: (a) patent rights, trade mark rights, copyright, plant breeders’ rights, rights in relation to inventions, trade names, business names, company names, indications of origin, designs, plant varieties, semiconductors, circuit layouts and related confidential information or knowhow; (b) any right of registration of, provisional applications for, claim of priority from, continuation of or division of such rights; and (c) all other intellectual property as defined in article 2 of the Convention Establishing the World Intellectual Property Organisation 1967. Interruption or Leave means any interruption to candidature or leave greater than 14 days and approved by the University, in accordance with the University’s policies and procedures.
