This Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) is entered into by Oregon State University, on behalf of its OSU Extension Service (“OSU”), and the Oregon Master Gardener Association (the “Association”) (together the “Parties”), for the purpose of formalizing and clarifying their respective roles and relationship with regard to the operation and support of the OSU Master GardenerTM Program (“Program”).
