This Agreement for Professional Investigative Services (this “Agreement”) is effective November 1, 2017, by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (the “County”) and R. Craig Scott, a sole proprietorship doing business as Scott & Whitehead (“Investigators”). County and Investigators are sometimes individually referred to as “Party,” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
