Pradahanagar, Siliguri, District - Darjeeling, West Bengal- 734003 acting through its Chief Executive Officer hereinafter referred to as "SJDA" (which expression unless repugnant to the context shall include their administrators, executors, successors and permitted assigns) of the FIRST PART.
