This Right of Access Agreement between the City of Sunset Valley and property Owner authorizes the City and its employees to enter onto the above Property in the area described or referred in Section A below (the "Evacuation Route") for the sole purpose of establishing a temporary evacuation route in the event of an emergency such as flooding or wildfire. The Owner agrees to allow the City to conduct the following activities in the Evacuation Route:
