This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“You”) and the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas (“ACLU of Texas”), and governs Your access and use of the MigraCam™ mobile application, updates, documentation and all content and services provided or viewed by or through that mobile application (collectively, the “Application”). The Application is licensed, not sold, to You. ACLU of Texas and its licensors retain all rights, title and interests in and to the Application.
