This Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of the Zapier online Terms of Service or other written agreement entered into between Zapier, Inc. (“Zapier”) and you that incorporates this Addendum by reference (the “Agreement”), and governs the Processing of Personal Information by Zapier, acting as a Data Processor or Service Provider, in providing its online technology service (the “Service”) pursuant to the Agreement.
