On February 20, 2019, under the authority granted to the Board of Elections under Article III. Section 302 of the Pennsylvania Election Code, the Philadelphia Board of Elections approved Provider’s electronic pollbooks for use in Philadelphia elections. The City and Provider desire that Provider furnish to the City, the Services, and Deliverables specified in Exhibit PA-1 and any attachments thereto (hereinafter, collectively referred to as “Exhibit PA-1”), and elsewhere in the Contract Documents, in accordance with the provisions of this Provider Agreement and all of the other documents and exhibits, which together constitute the Contract Documents as defined in the General Provisions. A copy of the General Provisions is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
