This agreement (“Agreement”) dated as of (“Effective Date”) is entered into by, between, and among the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District (hereinafter “District”), a public agency, and the City of Santa Rosa, a California Charter City (hereinafter “City”), and the Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization (hereinafter “Foundation”). City and Foundation are also referred to collectively as “Grantees”.
