This Agreement relates to an Annona, P.B.C. (“Licensor”) product (the “Product”) composed of software, software platform (including front-end web interface and back-end payment infrastructure), mobile application and mobile application (collectively, the “Software”) and related explanatory materials (“Documentation”) that are proprietary to Licensor and/or its licensor(s). The terms "Software" and “Documentation” also include any modified versions or updates of the Software and Documentation, respectively, to which Licensee may be granted access under this Agreement.
