To clarify, the RAIC agreement is between the Province and the Prime Design Consultant firm. The insurance coverage limits within the agreement are being requested of the Prime Design Consultant firm; as a blanket coverage policy, covering the Prime Design Consultant firm and their consultant team. It is at the discretion of the Prime Design Consultant firm, as to the insurance limit coverage required of their subconsultant team.
