This Student Understanding and Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Lehigh University (referred to as “Lehigh” or “University”) and the undersigned student (referred to as “student”, “participant” or “you”) that sets forth the requirements and expectations for participation in a study abroad program offered by Lehigh University.
