This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the End User License Agreement (or other such titled written or electronic agreement addressing the same subject matter) between /n software and Customer for the purchase of software and technical support services from /n software (collectively identified as “Services”), wherein such End User License Agreement is hereinafter defined as the “Agreement,” and whereby this DPA reflects the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data. Customer enters into this DPA on behalf of itself and, to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliates, if and to the extent /n software processes Personal Data for which such Authorized Affiliates qualify as the Controller.
