Representatives of the Service Employee's International Union, Local 521, Mid-Management Unit, (hereinafter called the "Union") and representatives of the City of Soledad (hereinafter called "City") have met and conferred in good faith and have reached an understanding on the terms and conditions of employment of the Mid-Management Unit Employees, listed in Appendix A, who are members of the Union, in accordance with the provisions of the Meyers - Milias - Brown Act (Gov. Code Sec. 3500, et seq.) This is a written Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), jointly prepared by both parties hereto pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 3505.1 of the Government Code, the terms of which are as follows:
