This Windows Azure Data Processing Agreement addendum (“Windows Azure Addendum”) is entered into between the parties identified on the signature form for the enrollment identified above (“Enrollment”). The parties agree that the Windows Azure Addendum supplements the Enrollment and applies to only the Platform Services, defined in the Enrollment.
