MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEENJuly 12th, 2022
This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into by the City of Los Altos (hereinafter referred to as the City) and by SANITARY TRUCK DRIVERS AND HELPERS TEAMSTERS UNION LOCAL 350 (hereinafter referred to as the UNION) as a result of meeting and conferring in good faith regarding matters related to wages, hours and/or other items and conditions of employment between the employees represented by the Union and the City pursuant and subject to Sections 3500-3510 of the Government Code of the State of California. Employee, for the purposes of this Memorandum of Understanding shall mean an employee appointed to a classification within the Teamsters unit.
