This Utility Services Agreement (“Agreement”) made as of November 11, 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, a New York corporation with its principal place of business at 18 Link Drive, PO Box 5224, Binghamton NY 13902-5224 (“NYSEG”), and NextEra Energy Transmission New York, Inc., a New York corporation with its principal place of business located at 700 Universe Boulevard, Juno Beach, FL 33408 (“NEETNY”). NYSEG and NEETNY are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
