This Urban Center Housing Tax Increment Financing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this of February, 2017 by and between the Town of Framingham, a Massachusetts municipal corporation with offices at Memorial Hall, 150 Concord Street, Framingham, MA 01701 (the "Town") and WP EAST ACQUISITIONS, LLC ("the Developer") a Georgia limited liability company, with a usual place of business in Massachusetts at 91 Hartwell Avenue, Lexington, MA 02421 (the Town and the Developer may be referred to collectively hereafter as the “Parties”). The property described on Exhibit A is referred to hereafter as the “Property.”
