GEONSITE NETWORK SERVICES AGREEMENTNetwork Services Agreement • March 12th, 2021 • Missouri
This is an agreement ("Agreement") for wireless data communications and related data network services and/or features ("Service") between you (“User”) and GE Transportation Systems Global Signaling LLC, (“Service Provider”), which is authorized to provide wireless data services by the cellular telephone carriers in locations where the User’s CellularRTU device (“cRTU”) is to be installed and operated. The Services to be provided under the terms of this Agreement include cRTU Activations, Communication Events, Deactivations, Internet Access, E-Mail Notification, Alphanumeric Paging Alarm Notification, and Facsimile Notification. IF YOU ACTIVATE OR OPERATE THIS cRTU, YOU CONSENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT ACTIVATE OR OPERATE THE cRTU AND NOTIFY US IMMEDI- ATELY TO CANCEL SERVICE.
