I, allow my dancer to participate in the Impulse Dance Clinic and Dance Audition. My dancer and I understand that being a member of the Impulse Dance Team is a Two Semester (Football/Basketball Season) commitment and fundraising is very important. Dancers and Parents will be expected to participate in every fundraising event.
