The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (Grantor), with its principal office at 300 West Adams Street, Suite 200, Chicago, Illinois 60606, and McLean County on behalf of the McLean County Court Services (Grantee), with its principal office at Government CT 115 E Washington RM 101 Bloomington, Illinois 61701- 4089 , hereby enter into this Inter-governmental Grant Agreement (Agreement), pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, 5 ILCS 220/1 et seq. Grantor and Grantee are collectively referred to herein as “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
