DEFINITIONS “Company” means McCloskey International Ltd. “Customer” means the person, firm or company who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Company; "Goods" means the equipment, spare parts, wear parts and related technical documentation as referred to in Clause 2.2 below; "Contract" means the contract for the sale of goods between the Company and the Customer on the terms and conditions set out herein. Contract includes only such documents as are expressly made part of this contract by the Company and the Customer. Such documents may include Company’s quotation, technical specifications, purchase order, purchase order acknowledgment, letter of award and other attachments, but they do not include any other terms, conditions or documents, whether printed on a Customer’s purchase order form or otherwise.
