Connecticut State University (hereinafter “CCSU” or “University” or “Agency”) located at 1615 Stanley Street, New Britain, CT 06050 (“campus”) and <contractor name>, with a principal place of business at <address> (“Contractor”). This Agreement is pursuant to an award made to the contractor (<bid number>) to provide various site work, including but not limited selected demolition, and new construction services to CCSU’s Campus.
