Data Processing Addendum

This addendum forms part of the Master Agreement – Intelligent Warehouse Solutions, Master Automated Truck System Agreement or other written or electronic agreement between S&SC and Customer (the “Agreement”) for the purchase, lease, rental or subscription to one or more RAYMOND® technology or automated truck solutions (the “Products”) and sets forth the terms relating to the privacy, confidentiality and security of Personal Information (as defined below) associated with Customer’s North American use of the Products to be provided by S&SC to Customer pursuant to the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this addendum and the Agreement, this addendum will prevail with regard to the Processing of Personal Information. Any capitalized terms not defined in this addendum have meanings ascribed to those terms in the Agreement.
