This Good Neighbor Agreement1 (“Agreement” or “GNA”) is entered into by and between the Golden Triangle Creative District, and its immediate neighbors and businesses, collectively referred to as “Neighbors”, and The Gathering Place (TGP) operating The Elati Village (The Village) located at 1375 & 1395 North Elati Street in Denver, CO 80204, and all subcontractors reporting to TGP; together, the “Neighbors”, “TGP”, “The Village”, and subcontractors are referred to as the “Parties”.
