By this Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”), the City of San Buenaventura (“CITY”) agrees to engage the services of CONSULTANT (identified below), and CONSULTANT agrees to perform the services for CITY as herein described, for the compensation, during the term, and otherwise subject to the covenants and conditions herein set forth and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and agreed. CITY and CONSULTANT may be individually referred to as “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
