This Study Abroad Agreement/Liability Release Form (the “Release”) is made by and between Paul Smith’s College (hereinafter referred to as “PSC” or the “College”), located at 7777 NY Route 30, Paul Smiths, NY and the undersigned student (or such student’s Parent/Guardian if student is under the age of 18) (hereinafter such student or such student’s Parent/Guardian, as applicable, shall be referred to as the “Student”). PSC and the Student may be referred to individually from time to time in this Release as the “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
