This Limited Liability Company Operating Agreement of TuitionCare 2017-2018, LLC (the “Company”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is made as of the day of May, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and among the Company and the individuals listed on Exhibit A attached hereto who executed a counterpart member signature page to this Agreement (together the “Members” and individually, a “Member”).
