The Uptempo™ Automated Payment Program (the “Payment Program” or “Program”) is issued by Metropolitan Commercial Bank (“MCB”), member FDIC and is administered by TCCI. The Program is marketed and distributed by Uptempo Marketing Corp. (“Uptempo”) on behalf of MCB. This Agreement is made effective as of the date set forth below (the “Effective Date”) by and between MCB and the individual Client signing below (“Client”). MCB and Client may each be referred to as a “Party”, or collectively as the “Parties”.
