Visa¨ Credit Card Disclosure and Agreement PLEASE RETAIN THIS INFORMATION WITH OTHER FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS. This Agreement covers each Visa Account ÒAccountÓ you have with us. It also covers the use of your Purdue Federal Credit Card Convenience Checks ÒConvenience ChecksÓ in connection with your Account. The words ÒyouÓ and ÒyourÓ mean each and all of those who sign an Account application and any person authorized to access your account. ÒCardÓ means a Visa credit card and any duplicates and renewals Purdue Federal Credit Union ÒPurdue FederalÓ issues. ÒAccountÓ means your Visa credit card line of credit account with Purdue Federal. By requesting, signing, using or keeping your card and/or Convenience Checks, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions of this document including the right to cross-collateralization and the granting of a security interest. 1.
