This Amendment #2 (“Amendment”), takes effect as of the date signed by all parties (“Effective Date”), amends and revises that certain INMATE TELEPHONE SERVICE AGREEMENT, dated December 4, 2007, as previously amended, (the “Agreement”), by and between Global Tel*Link Corporation with an address of 12021 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 100, Reston, Virginia 20190 (the “Company”), and the County of Yolo, a political subdivision of the State of California, with an address of 140 Tony Diaz Drive, Woodland, California, 95776, (the “Premises Provider”, and together with Company, the “Parties” and each a “Party”). All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment shall have the definitions set forth in the Agreement.
