INTRODUCTION.This Exchange Publisher Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) shall govern the relation- ship between OVVO Optics, LLC., with office located at 34 Surrey Lane, Mahwah, NJ 07430 (“OVVO Op- tics”), and the party requesting the Services (“You” or “Publisher”) with respect to the advertising service (the “Service”) offered through OVVO Optics exchange located at www.ovvvooptics.com (the “Site”). You and OVVO Optics may also be individually referred to herein as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
