This Settlement Agreement (“Settlement” or AAgreement@) is entered into by and between the Santa Clara Valley Water District (“SCVWD”), the United States Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service (“FWS”), the United States Department of Commerce, National Marine Fisheries Service (“NMFS”), the California Department of Fish and Game (“DFG”), the Guadalupe- Coyote Resource Conservation District (“GCRCD”), Trout Unlimited, the Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen=s Associations, and California Trout, Inc., to resolve disputes regarding SCVWD=s use of its water rights on Coyote, Guadalupe, and Stevens Creeks in Santa Clara County, California.
