The lender or artist (herein after "Lender") signing this Art on Loan Agreement is agreeing to loan a piece of the Lender's artwork to the New York Academy of Art for the placement of the work in an exhibition organized by the New York Academy of Art in furtherance of its charitable and educational purposes. The Lender's signature on the Artwork Loan Agreement evidences that the Lender has read both pages of this agreement and agrees to all of the terms and conditions stated herein.
