THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between SONOMA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY (LGA)” and the COUNTY OF PLUMAS, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “HOST ENTITY.”
