This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into as of August 12, 2019, by and between the Western Interstate Energy Board (WIEB) and the Western Energy Imbalance Market-Body of State Regulators (EIM-BOSR), also referred to hereinafter as “Parties.”
