This Agreement is made and entered into between insert Tenant (“Tenant”) and Port San Luis Harbor District, a harbor district formed pursuant to California Harbors and Navigation Code Section 6000 et seq. (“Landlord”). Each Tenant is jointly and severally liable for the payment of rent and performance of all other terms of this Agreement.
