Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (“US” OR “WE”). THEY GOVERN YOUR INSTALLATION AND USE OF THE FLEX ON DEMAND APPLICATION (THE “APP”), AS WELL AS YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH OR ENABLED BY THE APP (THE “SERVICES”).
