This Addendum to the Master Articulation Agreement (“Addendum”) is entered into on June 13, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by Ohio University (“University”), with an address of Chubb Hall 120, 1 Ohio University Drive, Athens, OH 45701; and Community College of Allegheny County (“College”), with an address of 800 Allegheny Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15233, collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
