This DPA is an agreement between you and the entity you represent (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) and Amazon Web Services, Inc. and the AWS Contracting Party or AWS Contracting Parties (as applicable) under the Agreement (together “AWS”). Unless otherwise defined in this DPA or in the Agreement, all capitalized terms used in this DPA will have the meanings given to them in Section 17 of this DPA.
