In exercise of the rights and powers conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement dated the 19th day of February, 2014, Deed of Assignment and Power of Attorney dated the 15th day of April, 2014 (hereinafter called „The Security Documents‟) entered into between the Assignor and the said Assignee, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer whereby the Assignee is the absolute assignee of the property described below under a Sale and Purchase Agreement made between Suruhanjaya Perumahan dan Pembangunan Sarawak (the Developer) and Jong Ing Min (the Original Purchaser) dated 26th day of April, 2002 and Sub-Sale and Purchase Agreement between Jong Ing Min (the Original Purchaser) and Mostapha Bin Alias (the 1st Purchaser) dated 15th day of January, 2014.
