This Intergovernmental Agreement ("Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of execution by all parties, by and between the Ak-Chin Indian Community (“Community”), a federally recognized Indian tribe having its principal place of business at 42507 W. Peters and Nall Road, Maricopa, Arizona 85138, and the City of Tempe (“Grantee"), a town having its principal place of business at 31 E. 5th Street, Tempe, AZ 85281.
