RESEARCH GRANT-IN-AID AGREEMENT

In consideration of a grant-in-aid provided by Auburn University Montgomery (AUM), an educational institution created by the Legislature of the State of Alabama in 1967, the recipient hereby agrees that if any of the resulting publications, products, inventions, compositions, paintings, software programs, or other creations shall produce any income or compensation to the researcher within five years from this date or so long as the researcher remains employed at AUM because of sale, lease, patent, copyright, royalty, or other means, the researcher will share with AUM income of compensation exceeding $10,000 according to the following rates:
