This Amendment to the Charter of Larchmont Charter School (“Amendment”) is made between Los Angeles Unified School District (“District”), a California public school district, on the one hand, and Larchmont Charter School (“Charter School” and/or “Larchmont”), a California non-profit corporation, on the other hand. This Amendment is to be read in conjunction with and shall expressly amend the Charter of Larchmont Charter School approved by the Los Angeles City Board of Education on February 8, 2005 (“Charter”). The effective date of this Amendment is the date of approval by the Board of Education.
