This Interconnection Agreement under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 for Commercial Mobile Radio Services (the “Agreement”) by and between one or more of the following ILEC’s: Illinois Bell Telephone d/b/a AT&T Illinois, Indiana Bell Telephone Company Incorporated d/b/a AT&T Indiana, Michigan Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Michigan, Nevada Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Nevada, The Ohio Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Ohio, Pacific Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T California, The Southern New England Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Connecticut and Southwestern Bell Telephone Company1 d/b/a AT&T Arkansas, AT&T Kansas, AT&T Missouri, AT&T Oklahoma and AT&T Texas, and Wisconsin Bell, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Wisconsin, (only to the extent that the agent for each such ILEC executes this Agreement for such ILEC and only to the extent that such ILEC provides Telephone Exchange Services as an ILEC in each of the state(s) listed below) and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC
