This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between South Orange County Community College District on behalf of on behalf of Irvine Valley College (“District”) at 28000 Marguerite Parkway, Mission Viejo, CA 92692, a California community college district and political subdivision of the State of California and City of Tustin (“Property Owner”) at 200 South C Street Tustin, CA 92780. District and Property Owner are also referred to collectively as the “Parties”, and individually as “Party”.
