SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONTRACTProfessional Services Agreement • June 30th, 2020
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT is made and entered into as of this 1st day of May 2020, by and between the WORKFORCE ALLIANCE OF THE NORTH BAY, a joint powers agency, (hereinafter referred to as "Agency") and MARIN COUNTY Health & Human Services, (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") and amends and replaces only those portions of the Workforce Alliance of the North Bay Professional Services Agreement dated July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021 (“Agreement”) addressed herein. The remainder of the Agreement not been made the subject of this First Amendment remains unaltered and in full force and effect.
