THIS RECIPROCAL EASEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into to be effective on , 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Islands of Rockport Home Owners’ Association, Inc., a Texas non-profit corporation (the “Association”) and Rockport Island, LP, a Texas limited partnership (“RPI”) (the Association and RPI are herein collectively referred to as “Parties,” and individually as “Party”).
