, 2015, which date is enumerated for the purpose of reference only, is by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” acting through the Orange County Probation Department, hereinafter referred to as “PROBATION”, and the Orange County Superintendent of Schools, acting under the authority of the Orange County Department Of Education, hereinafter referred to as “SUPERINTENDENT.” PROBATION and SUPERINTENDENT may be referred to individually as “PARTY” or collectively as “PARTIES”.
